Snorkel Tour, Catalina Islands

You’ll be going to the Catalina’s island and here you will have a chance to experience close encounter with the beautiful manta rays, butterfly fish, angelfish and turtles. Snorkeling in the Catalina Islands is an open water snorkeling tour, where sometimes the water can be deep, since it is not near the sandy coast. These volcanic rock formations are located 6 miles out from the coast, no more, no less. Most days snorkeling is simply AWESOME, but sometimes the visibility is affected by winds, swells, which are conditions that are not controlled by the dive masters or the Captain, though they will navigate to find the best, clearest spot in the area and make the tour great. Always be respectful of the ethics code, and protective of the sea and all the species habituating in the area, the guides sometimes may get close to fish, and even star fish to show them to customers without harming them.
